Mama and Mini Carpenter Overall - Blue Night Organic | Twin Collective

WELCOME TO THE JEANS CLUB

Inspired by our love of vintage denim!  The Carpenter Overalls have those vintage Workwear details like the back hammer loop & extra pockets.

Sizing of the child overalls is roomy around the hips so keep in mind when your child stops wearing a nappy, they will be looser again.  With the adjustable straps, your child can wear these Overalls for an extra year or so :)

Womens Sizes are designed to be slim & ankle length, size up if you want a baggier casual fit. 

SIZING - see size charts in images & use a tape measure to check the lengths.

Size 6mo & 1yo have inleg crotch snaps

Please note the lengths are a guide & with the adjustable straps you can adjust shorter & longer.  

For sizes 2-3yo & 4yo I suggest using the rolled up cuff length to choose your size so your child has room to grow & can wear for a few seasons. The looser fit also helps to tuck in & layer some cosy winter knitwear underneath.

SOFIA - 3 years old, wearing size 2-3yo in Ecru which is a little short so I would size her up to the 4yo soon

ASTON- 3 years old, 100cm tall, wearing Blue Night size 4yo 

WOMENS SIZES -

Womens Sizes are designed to be slim & ankle length, size up if you want a baggier casual fit.  See size charts in images & use a tape measure to check the lengths

Straps can be worn short for a retro high waisted look.  For an oversized look, size up &  extend the straps longer for a baggy fit.

XS-S = Size 8 - 10 AU Womens

S-M = Size 10-12 AU Womens

M-L = Size 12-14 AU Womens

Blue Night - Size S-M worn by Lahnee & she is normally a size 10-12 womens

Ecru - Size M-L worn my me & I'm normally a size 14 womens with 110cm hips

DENIM CARE -

Please note due to the denim washing process some pieces may vary in shade & colour slightly.  The natural indigo dye used to make denim fades naturally with wash, wear & sun.

Due to the nature of our Organic Cotton & Recycled Cotton denims, contrast coloured or darker cotton fibres can be mixed in with the yarns at the spinning process.  Once the denim is woven up & washed back, these imperfections can be more visible in the fabric. Please note this is due to the Recycled cotton fibres mixed in or the Organic Cotton fibres used. We hope you can appreciate our commitment to supporting more sustainable fibres, fabrics & cotton farming.

WASH INSTRUCTIONS -

Delicate machine or hand wash with eco-friendly washing liquid. Try to remove metal clips/Suspenders before washing to avoid damaging the metal trims, the garment, other garments or the machine during the a wash cycle.  Dry in the shade, sun will make me fade & do not tumble dry.
